How does the dental office know if a patient is a Delta Dental Patient Direct member?
The member will have a Delta Dental Patient Direct identification card to show when they come in for an appointment. The dental office should confirm membership by calling customer service at 800-971-4108 or online through the Dental Office Toolkit®.
